Please include all of your personal contact information, cell phone and a good shipping address. If you have the receipt or purchase information, please include it in the package.
Your product will be evaluated to see what the issue is. If the warmer is burned, and is still operating, a repair may be possible to restore it to a repaired and working condition.
If the warmer is not working, it may be a warranty issue and a warranty repair or replacement may be available.
Either way, a CAPIT technician will call to inform you of options, with a repair cost, prior to proceeding.
Burns are not a warranty item.
